• Pizzas ship frozen with ice packs.

• Ice packs may thaw during transit.

• Pizzas are not guaranteed to arrive fully frozen but should arrive cold.

• Immediately place pizzas in the freezer upon delivery.

• Pizzas may be kept frozen for up to 6 months.

• Shipments are made once or twice a week, the following Monday & Tuesday
